If something is out of stock, you can sign up for back in stock email alerts on the product page of the out of stock item.

Orders & Shipping

You can track your order here with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing, packing and shipping. Please contact us here immediately to check if we are still in time to make changes to your order before shipment.

To change your shipping address after you placed an order, please contact us here as soon as possible.

Typically, you can only do this the same day an order was placed because as items are shipped as fast as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, you may not be able to change the address.

We accept payments by:

- Credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, Pay Shop, Google Pay, Union Pay, Apple Pay, Mbway and Multibanco.

TAXES & DUTIES

EUROPEAN UNION
All duties, customs and taxes are included, meaning nothing will be charged.

REST OF EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD
You may be subject to local import taxes and duties once your package reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, meaning all additional costs with taxes, duties and customs charges lie with you, the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Orders can be returned within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2 to 4 business days to analyse the product conditions and process the return. When your refund has been accepted and issued, you will be notified via email.

We are not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number. We currently do not generate return labels, except for defective products or incorrect item shipments. Customers will be responsible for return shipments & costs.

You can return unworn, undamaged, and unused items for an exchange / refund or a store credit within 14 days of their original shipment. Shipping is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the exchange / return shipping.

To process an Exchange / Return:

- REGISTERED USER

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to Orders Section
  • Follow the steps to start a return

- NON-REGISTERED USER

  • Pack the items you are returning safely.
  • Send the items to our warehouse address: Avenida Dr. Fernando Aroso 1152, 3º Andar, 4450-664, Leça da Palmeira, Porto, Portugal.

- When shipped, send an email to: info@hankenactive.com providing the following details:

  • Customer name
  • Order number
  • Item(s), color and size
  • Exchange or Return
  • Shipping Carrier & Tracking number

We supply return labels for defective products or incorrect item shipments. For returns or exchanges due to other reasons, the customer bears the responsibility.

Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. When the refund is received, we carry out quality control and return the money by the same payment method you used, unless you prefer a voucher. The time it takes for the refund to enter your bank statement depends on your bank. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@hankenactive.com.

Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. For international orders, we are unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties or additional fees that may apply to your order.
