Such a different way to support practice

I got a pair of the cork blocks recently, I feel like it really did change the quality of my practice after using foam and different blocks before. Very comfortable and one can really rely on them during practise as they are steady and non-slip! It's a bit harder surface, so for example sitting on them is slightly less comfortable, but I don't mind :) Very happy with this purchase

So light and supportive!

I love these cork blocks, they're so light that it's super easy for me to carry them to yoga practice.

Highly recommend them. Also, the fact that they're 100% cork and made in Portugal, is a big plus!
